The Pod F. Tompkast, Episode 15: Cake Boss, Mr. Brainwash, Martha Plimpton, Chris Hardwick, Jen Kirkman
EPISODE 15: The Origins of The Potter's Field. The Great Undiscovered Project Brings You The Boss of Cakes and a Washer of Brains. From The Paul F. Tompkins Show: Advice To The Probably Dead, feat. Martha Plimpton. Nerdist Host Chris Hardwick Visits and Curses, a Lot! Jen Kirkman Sings The Ballad of Baskin-Robbins Bob. Be Careful What You Wish For.
Wow, that was quick! You guys aren't kidding around, eh? Once again Tompkins and Schletter bring the thunder and the Earth will shake! I would hype you guys on I-Tunes but I don't trust those guys. While not being a Luddite I am convinced that technology is itself a burgeoning Deity lurking at the end time, a ravenous eschaton, which is causing all of history via reverse causality. A bit Gnostic but what are you gonna do, right? This show was spectacular! Hardwick sits well in Tompkastville ; his fast and slightly uncouth wit acts a a surprisingly buoyant springboard for the Tompkasters. I admit I was scared. When two people you like come into proximity you expect a mega-battle! I was waiting for word barbs and sentence swords to fly but alas everyone fueled one another and a vast comedy melee ensued. Once again I humbly thank you for the funny and encourage all of your various efforts in becoming the premier comedy sages of our Kali Yuga-ish times.
